By using our website or booking services through our scheduling platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies referenced herein.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in a way that impairs its functionality, compromises its security, or attempts unauthorized access to restricted areas.
3. Intellectual Property

4. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients.
6. Health & Participation
By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in Pilates or movement-based instruction. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to your session.
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. Anatomy Defined Pilates LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from participation, except where required by law.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account through our scheduling platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anatomy Defined Pilates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
